“Last year I had the chance to participate in the 2019 edition of Vocation en Art at the Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi in Vaudreuil-Soulanges.
In addition to discovering talented artists and participating in a group exhibition, I had the opportunity to familiarize myself with the selection process, which was a great learning experience in itself.
To have been selected among the finalists of Vocation TRACE allowed me to dispel my feeling of impostor and to assume myself as an emerging self-taught artist.
Thanks to this experience, I discovered the Conseil des arts et de la culture de Vaudreuil-Soulanges and I took more ownership of the culture of my region.
